An awesome tasting treat that’s fast to throw together, toss into the freezer for a couple of hours, slice it up, then prepare yourself for blowin’ away your old taste buds. I mean, it hits the spot!
Blueberry Banana Cream Pie
Ingredients:
6 bananas (peeled and thin sliced round)
20 ounce can Comstock Blueberry pie filling
24 ounce tub Cool Whip
16 ounce tub small curd cottage cheese
2 ready made graham cracker pie crusts
1 large mixing bowl
Procedure:
Combine blueberry pie filling, cottage cheese and Cool Whip into mixing bowl, swirling in easily. Gently fold in banana slices till incorporated. Divide evenly into two graham cracker pie crusts (it’s so good, you gotta have two!). Pop in the ol’ freezer for two hours, pop out, slice a piece as big as you want, take a bite and enter dreamland. Yeah, baby! That’s what I’m talkin’ about!
