And this is not just the sumptuous lunch that the 102 Press restaurant serves; we’re talking, savory& seasoned, Nicoa Dunne! Ms. Dunne is an astute member of Roving Coach International (RCI) She and the other coaches of RCI, strongly stand by their principles and trademarked purpose of “Creating World peace in the Workplace”
As a “Roving Coach” Nicoa Dunne has no restrictions or psychological limitations when it comes to assisting her clients with all facets of employee relations and company structure for the highest success. By working with the company and its employees (on all levels), to train and empower them, ultimately saves that company from unnecessary stress and the added cost of re-hiring new employees. Nicoa Dunne’s 16 years of experience in global corporate communications and strategic human resources are vital to the success of RCI. As a business partner and coach, her collaborative approach to innovative problem solving is refreshing and motivating. Nicoa’s career background includes more than eight years with GE, where she graduated from the GE Human Resources Leadership Program. Her four years with Thermo Fisher Scientific spanned 20 countries and included over 10,000 employees in her client group. Most recently, as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, she provided key leadership in the transformation of Misys Healthcare, positioning the company and culture for growth and the ultimate merger with Allscripts.
An alumna of North Carolina State University, she holds an M.A. from Ball State University and is certified in International Business Administration from Charles Sturt University in Australia. She is a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar.
Recently, Nicoa has aligned her proven experience, lessons learned, plain talk philosophy and infectious energetic personality to the professional speaking circuit. A member of the National Speaker’s Association, she has the ability to provide both antics and advice to audiences of all sizes. She is a graduate of the Newfield Coach Training Network and is actively coaching at the Executive level with a number of Fortune 500 companies. She is also the managing partner of Holland Archer, inc. and provides strategic HR partnership services to start-up and mid-size corporations going through change.
Nicoa and her husband Mert and three beautiful daughters live in Wilmington and Raleigh, NC.
