I just had a great experience with a retailer and must share. A year ago I bought a pair of Prada sunglasses from a Sunglass Hut in the mall. Having dropped my shades about a hundred times the little scratches were starting to add up and I could hardly enjoy wearing them any longer. I went into the ‘hut to see if there was someway to clean or repair the scratches and they informed me of their return/exchange policy. If you buy a pair of Prada (not all brands are included) glasses from a Sunglass Hut you have the opportunity to exchange them, within a year, for a brand new pair for half the price. Any new pair you like, as long as it’s in the same price range. I’m happy to report that I’m now sporting a scratch-free pair of my favorite shades for half of what it would cost me to replace them anywhere else. This is a one-time deal, so I had to chuckle when the sales man handed me a new case and with a wry smile said, ‘maybe you should use it this time’.
