A few years ago I purchased a cookbook called "Cake Love", I started sifting throught the book and noticed that every recipe called for "Vanilla Powder", I finally had time to make one of the cakes from the book so I set out to search for vanilla powder, I searched everywhere; even at "Whole Foods" and couldn't fine it anywhere, that is when I went online! I discovered a site called "Cooks Vanilla" I was saved, I ordered one jar just to try it and low and behold I was hooked for life!
I very highly reccomend Cooks Vanilla powder to anyone who bakes, the flavor is so much better than vanilla extract. It is more pundgent and richer tasting. Vanilla Powder is used the same as liquid but added to your dry ingredients instead of your wet ingredients. Once you start using powdered vanilla you will possibly never use extract again. http://www.cooksvanilla.com
