I would do missions work.

I would probably go to my church for help.

I have savings but if that was gone. I would get by with help from my firends and family. I would probably do odd jobs for them. I would also sell all my things on craigslist. I have had my income cut in half and was fine but that is because I am frugal but with no money I would become cheap.

I would take in roommates to help pay the mortgage and utilities. I would barter my accounting experience for other basic needs. I would probably have a huge yard sale to get some temporary relief and I would definitely expand my garden.

i would take it day by day and do the best that i could making sure my kids had everything they needed before my own needs were met

I'd start living It off my stockpile, locate a good place to pitch a tent until I could make other arrangements, barter my labor with a farmer for food and hopefuly a bit of cash,

we'd sell everything that makes sense, avail ourselves to all aid services, probably move in with either of our parents for a bit (hopefully!), grow a garden, be thankful for any job ops that come our way.

I would stay with my sister and look for a job.

Honestly, I have no clue as to what I would do on first thought. After I recovered from the shock, I would sell everything I could, make the most of any services available to me until I could structure a new life for myself.

We have 3 young children, one of which is a baby and we also have 2 dogs. Both sets of grandparents live far away so we wouldn't be able to stay with them. So, I think the 1st thing I would do is reach out to our church & seek guidance from them. I know my husband for sure would go out there and find a job, any job, even if it meant doing something he totally dreaded, he would do whatever it took to bring in money for our family. I would also probably immediately hold a HUGE yard sale and start selling anything and everything so we could at least purchase food and pay the mortgage. I think initially we would be okay just selling off "stuff" but that would only be a temporary fix. This is a tough one and the reality is, sad to say, it could happen to anyone! Thank you so much for the chance to enter. We sure could use a little extra cash!!
