I use a stainless steel bottle and have it in my purse or bag at all times. Saves money the enviroment, and my health!
In the summer, I drink water(even if it's only a few swigs) every time I pass the refrigerator. ( When I exercise I drink gatorade). But I will drink small amounts of water even if I'm not thirsty simply because I know I should.
