What’s Your Secret for Staying Hydrated?

Most adults lose about 10 cups of water every day through normal body functions, including perspiration and breathing. To keep your body working properly, you need to replace the water you lose, but hey you’re a busy person. And frankly, some of just get a little tired of downing yet another glass of water. So let’s hear it.

Drink 1 glass of water every two hours during the day. it helps with my headaches.

I love the steel water bottles too. I keep one filled all day by my desk at work.

In the summer, I drink water(even if it's only a few swigs) every time I pass the refrigerator. ( When I exercise I drink gatorade). But I will drink small amounts of water even if I'm not thirsty simply because I know I should.
