Yes, the world is filled with fashion-forward celebrities such as Elizabeth Olsen, Zoe Saldana, and Tilda Swinton, but don’t forget about two fashionable ladies whose outfits stand the test of time—sixty-two years to be exact. Comic book characters Betty and Veronica have been making fashion statements since 1950 and it seems today’s tastemakers have been taking cues from these stylish frenemies. . We’ve picked some of our favorite B and V outfits from our new favorite tumblr, Betty and Veronica Fashions. While we’re glad that our thoughts on love and friendship have evolved (hopefully), we’re happy that many fashion statements have not.
